"I buzz on capacity for contribution and resilience for thriving — my own, and that of the individuals and teams I support. As an applied psychologist, my work spans venture environments, global agencies, elite sport, and the not-for-profit sector. The diversity and level of challenge are by design.

"To do my best work, I need to be sharp, present, physically and mentally strong—curious, restless to learn, and able to influence with precision.

"STAIT was a no-brainer. A partner in health I simply wouldn’t do without.

"I travel globally, often at short notice, and I dread the thought of unsustainable routines or juggling countless supplements. STAIT allows me to care for myself seamlessly, so I can consistently deliver my best contribution to those I work with and alongside.

"The ingredient list is exceptional — no more and no less than what’s required for optimal performance. There are no compromises in quality, and the depth of research behind the product shows.

"The results? Steady, balanced energy. Strength that supports training both body and mind. And the non-negotiables: quality sleep, focus, and clarity — so I remain at my peak."
