Please share a little about what you do.
I'm the Founder and Managing Director of PR by Whitney Williams, an international strategic communications agency with offices in Manchester, London and Dubai.
For over 15 years, I've worked with businesses to help them build trust, strengthen their reputation and become recognised as leaders within their industry. Today, my team and I work with organisations across the UK and internationally, helping them shape how they're perceived through strategic communications, leadership profiling and storytelling.
No two days are ever the same. One day I'll be leading a strategy session with a client's leadership team, the next I'll be on site filming, developing a communications campaign or working with a CEO to help them become the voice of their business. That's what I love most—helping brilliant people and businesses tell their story with confidence and make a lasting impact.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to my daughter Lilly, I love training, and I've learnt that looking after my health is one of the best investments I can make not just for myself, but for everyone who relies on me.
What brought you to STAIT for Women?
Running a business can be incredibly demanding and, like many women, I spent years putting everyone else first.
Over time I realised that if I wanted to lead well, make good decisions and continue performing at a high level, I needed to look after myself with the same commitment that I gave to my business.
Training, nutrition, sleep and recovery all became priorities, and STAIT naturally became part of that routine. It wasn't about finding a quick fix it was about supporting my overall health so I could continue showing up at my best.
STAIT for Women speaks to women who are holding a great deal - physically, cognitively and emotionally - and are increasingly aware that how they feel is shaped by more than just willpower.
How do you remain physically capable, mentally sharp and ready for what life throws at you?
I've learnt that consistency is far more important than perfection.
There will always be busy periods, challenges and unexpected situations, but I've built routines that help me stay grounded.
Regular training, eating well, spending time outdoors, making space for my faith and surrounding myself with positive people all play a huge part in helping me stay focused and resilient.
I've also learnt that asking your body to keep giving without supporting it simply isn't sustainable.
There are plenty of products on the market. What makes STAIT genuinely different in your view?
For me, STAIT complements a healthy lifestyle rather than trying to replace one.
It recognises that women lead busy lives and need support that fits into that reality. It isn't about shortcuts; it's about helping you build strong foundations and supporting your long-term wellbeing.
That's what really resonated with me.
STAIT for Women's key phrase is "Elevate Your Baseline" – encouraging women to remain strong. What does that phrase mean to you personally?
To me, it means raising the standard of how I look after myself.
Not waiting until I'm exhausted before I slow down, but making my wellbeing a priority every single day.
When I feel stronger physically and mentally, I perform better in every area of my life, whether that's leading my business, being a mum or supporting the people around me.
For women reading this who feel they have a lot on their plate and may be neglecting their health, what would you want them to hear from you?
Don't wait until you have more time because that moment rarely comes.
Start with one small change and build from there.
Looking after yourself isn't selfish; it's one of the best investments you can make. The healthier, stronger and happier you are, the more you can give to your family, your career and the people who rely on you.
Any final thoughts you'd like to share with women who lead demanding lives?
Success should never come at the expense of your health.
The most successful women I know aren't the ones who never stop. They're the ones who understand that looking after themselves gives them the energy, focus and resilience to keep showing up for the people and opportunities that matter most.
