Please share a little about what you do.
I'm the creator of the FIREPIT Inner Resilience Compass™ and work as a Resilience and Anti-Fragility Coach and Consultant, helping people navigate adversity, recover from setbacks, strengthen their resilience, build anti-fragility, and grow through life's challenges with effective and grounded decision-making both in leadership and their personal life.
Through coaching, consulting, writing books, hosting my podcast show, and developing the FIREPIT Inner Resilience Compass™ certification programs, my mission is to help people who lead, who value self-honesty and courage, who choose to live a life that’s driven by purpose, adaptability, and unshakable resolve to harness their brilliance and battles - turning vulnerability into leadership strength and adversity into fuel for growth.
What brought you to STAIT for Women?
I first connected with Shaun and Sam through LinkedIn; we quickly discovered we shared a passion for resilience, anti-fragility, health, and helping people lead stronger, healthier lives.
I've always been incredibly selective about the supplements I take. Before moving into coaching and consulting in Resilience and Anti-Fragility full-time, I worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer. So researching ingredients, understanding quality, and looking into the people behind a company has always been important to me.
Through getting to know both Shaun and Sam, it became obvious how deeply they care about their customers, their commitment to quality, and the amount of research, thought, and lived experience that has gone into creating STAIT.
Shaun and Sam are incredible in the way they support veterans, first responders, and causes that are close to their hearts. They're 100% in your corner. They are warm, authentic, deeply caring people who lead by example.
STAIT for Women speaks to women who are holding a great deal - physically, cognitively and emotionally - and are increasingly aware that how they feel is shaped by more than just willpower.
How do you remain physically capable, mentally sharp and ready for what life throws at you?
One of the biggest lessons I've learned, both professionally and personally, is that resilience and anti-fragility don't exist in isolation.
Sleep, recovery, hormones, nervous system regulation, energy, and mental clarity all influence how we show up when we're faced with adversity.
Supporting my health has become a non-negotiable because I know it directly affects my ability to think clearly, make good decisions, stay focused, and continue moving forward through life's challenges.
For me, that means prioritising quality sleep, supporting my nervous system, being intentional about my nutrition, taking STAIT for Women as part of my daily routine, strength training, mobility work, spending time in nature, setting healthy boundaries, and creating space for recovery rather than treating it as something I earn once I'm exhausted.
There are plenty of products on the market. What makes STAIT genuinely different in your view?
For me, it starts with the people behind the company.
Shaun and Sam genuinely care. They lead by example, they're deeply committed to helping people improve their health and quality of life, and they're incredibly generous in the way they support others.
The quality of the ingredients, their dedication to the research behind the formulations, and their commitment to that gave me confidence from the beginning.
Over the past 18 months, STAIT for Women has become an important part of my daily routine. The biggest way I can describe my experience is the difference between taking it and not taking it. Once it becomes part of your daily routine, you don't fully appreciate how much it's supporting you until it's no longer there.
STAIT for Women's key phrase is "Elevate Your Baseline" – encouraging women to remain strong. What does that phrase mean to you personally?
I love that phrase because that's exactly how I think about resilience and anti-fragility.
It's not about waiting until life falls apart before looking after yourself. It's about investing in yourself every day so that when challenges inevitably come, you're better equipped to navigate them.
To me, elevating your baseline means intentionally investing in your health, recovery, sleep, hormones, nervous system, mindset, and decision-making before you need them most. It's a bit like the term "raise your floor" versus "raising your ceiling". If you're continually raising the floor, the ceiling is always raising by default.
For women reading this who feel they have a lot on their plate and may be neglecting their health, what would you want them to hear from you?
I'd want women to know that neglecting your health doesn't just cost you physically... it costs you the clarity, capacity, and resilience you need to navigate life's challenges well.
Women spend their lives caring for everyone else and will often put themselves last, until things go pear-shaped... And find themselves moving through the roller coaster of their hormones, bodies, and brains, struggling from exhaustion and self-abandonment.
The reality is that your ability to care for others is strengthened when you first take care of yourself.
Your health isn't separate from your resilience or anti-fragility. It's one of the foundations that supports it.
Any final thoughts you'd like to share with women who lead demanding lives?
Life will always challenge us and ask more of us... There is no getting around that.
The question is whether we're intentionally choosing to become the person who can navigate those challenges powerfully.
For me, STAIT for Women has earned its place amongst the supplements I trust, genuinely use, value, and appreciate, and I'm grateful to Shaun, Sam, and the entire STAIT team for the incredible work they're doing to help people live healthier, stronger lives.
