What Ashley Hromyak, Professor of Kinesiology and Fitness Coach loves most about STAIT

I love STAIT products.  I reviewed all the ingredients before taking them and was impressed with how well they incorporated all natural ingredients that have been shown (in studies) to aid with women's health and well-being.  

I started with the STAIT for Women capsules, the STAIT Superfood greens, and the STAIT for Women herbal tea.  The taste of the greens is by far the best I have tried.  Other green powders in the past tasted like dirt.  STAIT is very enjoyable, and I actually look forward to my green drink.  

The herbal tea is perfect for me to wind down at night.  I love the incorporation of ginger root and alfalfa leaf.  

The capsules, WOW.  Within a few days I noticed I felt better overall. I felt less bloating, and my skin looks better.  About 2 weeks after I started the capsules, my cycle started.  It was the most pleasant cycle.  I had less cramping, no bloating (I usually gain about 4 lbs of water during my cycle and this one I did not gain any) and overall didn't feel as crappy.  I love they added selenium as an ingredient.  It's a very helpful nutrient that I know I lack in my normal diet.  The capsules do not upset my stomach at all.  I am so impressed with the products; I contact the company to let them know how much I love the line.  I am thankful for their quality and how they have helped me feel my best.

A Professor in Kinesiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Yoga Teacher, Ashley loves to train and coach others to perform at their best.
