ADD LIFE TO YOUR YEARS WITH STRUCTURED WATER

ADD LIFE TO YOUR YEARS WITH STRUCTURED WATER

I’ve always loved water. Whether it be the thirst quenching drink, the waves to swim in, or a moment of me-time bathing in a bath tub. There is something undeniable to me, about the healing properties of the fluid that is vital for our very survival.

I’m also aware of how toxic water can be, after experiencing first hand an emotional roller coaster ride after drinking tap water. It is what sparked my keen interest in the purification of water, because unfortunately we live in a world where our water is polluted so much so that it would be insane to drink from running rivers that once were the source of life. Now rivers of dis-ease due to industrial run-off as well as the growing amount of pesticides and herbicides that are used in conventional farming that find their way in to our waterways. And then there’s the way our drinking water is extracted, transported, stored and packaged in plastic bottles swimming in a sea of xeno-estrogens.

I certainly am not saying for a moment that I fully understand water, or how it behaves. What I can say, is that I know a little bit more about the kind of water that is beneficial to drink than I did many years ago. Philip Ball sums it up perfectly:

“No one really understands water. It’s embarrassing to admit it, but the stuff that covers two-thirds of our planet is still a mystery. Worse, the more we look, the more the problems accumulate: new techniques probing deeper into the molecular architecture of liquid water are throwing up more puzzles.”

“They” say we are 70% water, and this water is that which transports “things” around our body.

But .. are we? And is it?

We haven’t been taught the full story. We are not, in fact 70% H2O. Not even close.

The fluid that is within our body does not exist as it does in a glass of water, and it behaves rather differently to this liquid, we call ‘water’.

The work of Professor Gerald Pollack, a bioengineer and scientist at the University of Washington reveals fascinating findings, especially within the pages of his books: The Fourth Phase of Water and Water and the Cell. And those which I highly recommend immersing yourself in, if you have a curiosity for water.

Some of what he discovered is that water, next to water-loving surfaces, such as the lining of our blood vessels and cells, organises itself in to crystalline structure. It becomes thicker, negatively charged and holds energy, acting like a battery.

What’s even more beautiful is that this structured water stores energy from sunlight, vibration and infrared heat. And it is this structured water that drives the flow, energy and communication within our body, moving things round where they need to go.

What I have learnt, and which simply makes common sense, is that this is how blood flows in embryos before the heart is even formed. And how fascia conducts vibration and light. And how cells communicate, not just chemically, but through electrical fields. We are, in essence, beings of light and energy.

WHY IS THIS RELEVANT?

If we desire to add life to our years and years to our life, we need to provide the body with what it requires to thrive (and heal) when we have any form of dis-ease in the body.

HOW DO WE 'HYDRATE OUR BODY' ENHANCING AND ENERGISING THE STRUCTURED WATER IN OUR BODY?

We build structured water in our body through exposure to life-force energy. But lets start first with the source of our hydration:

Avoid tap water straight from the tap.

Tap water is 'dead', as well as a source of fluoride (known neuro-toxin), pharmaceuticals and other drugs, as well as pathogens, xenon-estrogens, pesticide residue, chlorine, and more.

Invest in a good quality water filter.

This ensures any water coming out of the tap is free from these known contaminants. I personally prefer the combination of the Doulton (ceramic) and Aquaspace (charcoal) under-the-sink filters that can be purchased in Australia from The Water Shop. At home, we catch our water in tanks so we also need to be mindful to add minerals back to the water, as rainwater is devoid of minerals, unlike spring water which is beautifully balanced.  My personal preference for minerals is consuming a teeny tiny dab of Celtic Sea Salt numerous times throughout the day before I sip on a glass of water, as well as starting my day with a warm cup of Shilajit resin in hot water.

Avoid drinking water from plastic vessels.

Choose glass or stainless steel instead.

Enjoy raw fruits.

Plants contain structured water naturally. Is it any wonder why we feel more hydrated and refreshed after drinking a freshly blended watermelon, or crunching on a cucumber? They are packed full of structured energized water.

Enjoy sensible sunshine.

Infrared light from the sun is one of the strongest stimulators of structured water formation. Is it any wonder that we feel more energised after walking in natural light, or sunbathing? Our bodies are, in essence, batteries that need ‘recharging’.

Move the body.

Walk more, bounce on a trampoline, and do breath work. All of these simple daily actions enhance the structure and charge of the structured water within us.

Walk bare foot on the earth.

This connects us to the Earth’s natural electrical field which helps ‘recharge’ our body and support the structured water within our body.

Be mindful of our energy.

Our thoughts. What we choose to listen to and watch. Emotions and sounds are vibrations that can either enhance the structured water within our body, or not.

To reiterate .. we are not simply bones, tissue, blood and water. We are beings of light and energy brought together harmoniously with structured energized water, powered by sunlight, breath and movement.

KEEN TO JOIN ME?

How about ditching the plastic water bottle and investing in a stainless steel bottle instead? Going for a walk in sunshine barefoot in your garden, the park or on the beach each day? Beginning and ending each day with some mindful deep breaths? Drinking a fresh watermelon juice, or eating an apple a day, or munching on cucumber as a snack? Being more mindful of what you view on social media or the news each day?

For the next month, choose one, a couple or all of these suggestions and see if you notice any differences in how you feel: in your body, your mind and / or your life.
